Ordering Process
A. Requesting a Quote
• Submit specifications (size, material, quantity) via our online form.
• We’ll provide a quote within 24 hours business days.
B. Placing an Order
• Approve the final quote and design proof.
• Make payment to confirm the order.
• Receive an order confirmation with estimated production/delivery timelines.
Important:
• Custom orders cannot be canceled once production starts.
• Errors due to incorrect customer-provided specs may incur additional charges.
Pricing & Payment

Pricing Details

• Non-refundable once production begins (unless defective).

Intellectual Property
• All website content (logos, designs, text) is owned by The Grand Packaging.
• Customers retain rights to their custom artwork but grant us a license to reproduce it for
